Returns & Exchanges
KIT Clothing products are designed to last so that they can be passed on to family or friends and be enjoyed for many years. I really hope that you won’t need to return any of your KIT Clothing purchases, I do of course understand that sometimes these things happen.
You can return any unworn items within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange – please fill out the returns form sent with your order and include it in the package so that the returned parcel can be traced it back to you. If you did not receive a return form you can download and print one here.
Once your parcel arrives, the cost of goods will be refunded. This does not include the original delivery charge.
As a small business I'm not able to cover the cost of return postage so I politely ask that you cover this cost. Please note that the goods remain your responsibility until they arrive back with KIT HQ and I cannot take responsibility for any goods which do not reach us. I therefore recommend that you use a tracked service to ensure the safe delivery of your returns.
Returns cannot be accepted for items which have been worn or washed unless you are returning under the preloved scheme. Refunds are not offered as part of this scheme.
To get the most out of your child’s KIT Clothing products please follow the washing instructions on the care label. Refunds will not be offered for general wear and tear.
In the unlikely event that you receive a faulty product please contact me directly at email@example.com where I can help to fix the problem. In this instance you can choose a replacement item or refund for the product cost. Refunds and replacement will be issued upon receipt of the faulty goods. Return postage for faulty items will be covered by KIT Clothing.
Missing or incorrect items
We all make mistakes from time-to-time, and while extra care is taken to make sure that orders are sent out correctly, very occasionally things do go wrong. In the unlikely event that the item you receive is not what you ordered please return it as soon as possible, in its original condition and we will forward the correct item to you. In this instance, the cost of return postage will be covered.
If there is an item missing from your order, please get in touch by email at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will correct any errors as quickly as possible.
If a parcel goes missing in the post I will wait for the recommended time as advised by Royal Mail before a replacement is sent. I’ll be sure to keep in touch with you every step of the way if this happens.
Please note that returns may take up to three working days to be processed once they have been received, and then up to a further 7-10 days for the money to appear in your bank account depending upon your payment provider.

Once your kids have outgrown their KIT Clothing products you can make space for a wardrobe restock by returning them to KIT HQ. Preloved returns will be repaired or re-purposed, which could include selling them on at a reduced rate, or donating them to charity. In exchange you will receive £10 off your next KIT Clothing order.
